We run an e-shop on the website 636992.myshoptet.com
In order to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website, we incorporate some personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR")
I. Processing of personal data
- Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you have an inquiry about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. This means: name and surname, e-mail address, name of goods.
For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding goods and services.
For what legal reason?
This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR – Contract negotiations, respectively. Taking pre-contractual measures at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 2 years from our last communication.
- Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you fill in for us. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to supply you with our goods or services. We will also communicate with you through the contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Art. 6 para. 1 letter c) GDPR – fulfilment of our legal obligations.
How long will we process personal data?
For the period of performance of our service and thereafter 2 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
- Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a shopping customer and you have not prohibited us from doing so when buying, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter.
For what legal reason?
This is allowed by the provisions of § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so when buying.
How long will we process personal data?
2 years since your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact us by e-mail: company@iriansam.sk
II. Who gets access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us who access the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These are:
- Operator of the Shoptet e-commerce platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, the company is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B Insert 25 395)
- companies involved in the expedition of ovar GLS, SPS, Slovenská pošta, DHL.
- companies participating in the dispatch of UNICREDIT BANK payments, shopted
- WebSupport e-mail service provider

III. What you need to know next
We do not have an appointed data protection officer in our company.
In our company, decisions based on automatic processing or profiling do not take place.

V. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data
The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request the restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, you can request from us the erasure of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to their portability. Processing based on legitimate interest may be objected to.
If you believe that we do not handle data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to take your claims to court.
